5.3 Refund Policy: Full refunds are available within 7 days of course purchase, provided no course material has been accessed. After 7 days or once course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. For subscription-based courses, cancellations can be made at any time but will apply to the next billing cycle.

Rescheduling and Missed Lessons: Students in instructor-led courses are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. If a student needs to reschedule a class, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.
A lesson will be deemed as a missed lesson if the student does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled lesson. No refunds will be provided for missed classes.
